   COMPACTION ROUTINES    

Our controller automatically determines the best compaction routine based on the dump number and how much cotton is already in the builder. Operators need only press the "Start" button.

The Initial Dump Routine Levels and compresses the cotton to make room for subsequent dumps.

The Subsequent Dump Routine compresses the cotton more on the ends and forms a pocket in the center to accept further dumps.

The Finishing Routine compresses the ends extra tight and finishes the module for tarping.

The Manual Screen allows control of the Tamper and Bridge remotely.
